And the menu features special seasonal dishes: boiled rice with raisins and honey and dry fruits compote – on Christmas, pancakes and thick pancakes – on Pancake Day, Easter cakes, babas and paschal cheesecake – on Easter Sunday. On Transfiguration Day, called locally Apple Spas, the visitors are treated with apples, and during Orthodox fasting the list of Lenten dishes is extended.
